Shri Sampath Kumar, CEO, Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) presented a case study on how the Integrated Basin Development and Livelihood Promotion (IBDLP) in the state of Meghalaya is helping to rejuvenate the local water capacity and empower entrepreneurial capacity all across the State.

Shri Sampath Kumar was speaking at the one-day seminar on “Sustainable Agriculture and India towards Total Food Security” organized by the World Food Trust at New Delhi on 28th October, 2021.

During the seminar, attempt was made to learn from each other’s achievements, success stories, at times even failures, so as to develop a blueprint for execution on national level.
