When some of the topmost dignitaries from the Government of India are present in a Seminar, it is a befitting tribute if one felicitates the other. During the seminar ‘Sustainable Agriculture and India towards Total Food Security’, Dr. Ashok Dalwai (CEO, National Rain Fed Area Authority) who sat through most of the proceedings during the first half, felicitated Shri G. Asok Kumar, Additional Secretary with the Government of India and Mission Director, National Water Mission with a memento on behalf of the World Food Trust, organizer of the day-long seminar.
